Two Days Left!

Want to Offer a class this Summer? Just a couple days left!

The days are warm and reminding me of the summer to come!  Let's have a vibrant summer in Santa Cruz (and away from here as well).  One way to contribute to that vibrancy is to teach a Free Skool Class, so submit your class submission form now.  Link below.

What skills do you have to share?
What types of classes would help grow more vibrant and self-reliant communities?

Free Skool Santa Cruz invites you to teach a class this Summer Quarter!

As Free Skool elves begin to prepare for the Summer Calendar which runs from July 1st to September 30th, we ask you to share what you know and love. Spread the word, the deadline to submit classes for summer quarter is June 7th. Classes submitted after this date will not be calendared.

Free Skool is a decentralized, non-institutional project.  In other words, you and I make it happen. Promote your class through word-of-mouth, fliering, community outreach, and the Internet.  Work with other Free Skoolers to post calendars and fliers.  Be prompt and reliable.  Keep in touch with your students, before and after your class.  Take good care of the spaces who graciously host your class. Help create a culture of greater caring, sharing, and balance
with the earth without money and hierarchy.

Please complete this form as soon as you can before the class registration deadline. if you want input on your class, need ideas for locations, or have questions, please submit your class early and email us at freeskoolsc@riseup.net.

September in Santa Cruz usually means beautiful picnic weather.  Come play with us in the park at our quarterly potluck where students, teachers, organizers, and community members get together to enjoy food, music, and companionship with new and old friends.  We have fun, meet people, eat, talk, have workshops, and play games.  Bring something to share!  Teach a workshop!  See you there!  Super kid friendly.  And we play croquet!

Sunday Sept 11th 1pm - 3pm

Running a Free Skool
